Remote Start in 2011 F150

Remote Start in 2011 F150
I just got a 2011 F150 FX4 with a Lux Package, with a built in factory remote. When I go to the instrument cluster the remote start isn't showing up in the options. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there any way to fix it?
