Default 2013 Fusion Titanium AWD

My Fusion has approx. 5,000 kms and the Trip Calculator does not record the proper amount of fuel consumed between fill ups. It is always under the actual litres consumed (by approx. 10 - 15%), thus calculating the wrong fuel economy (e.g. litres/100 kms).
Anybody else having same problem?

Read the manual im pretty sure it tells you. You cannot calculate fuel economy until 10000 miles. Let me know if you cannot find it on your new vehicle ill post it for you.

Every car's trip computer can't calculate real consumption in first 10 000 km, because the engine is new, and all of it components are work like in a "test-mode". So, that's why even a dealer says to you: "Don't try to burnout, dont try to take a high speed, and don't take a lot of cargo or a passangers, untill the all units of your car will rolled with themselves enough!"

Just remember this moment Usually, the "rolling" is take from 6 000 km till 13 000 km.
