RE: 96 Mustang gas tank seal
Ok, you have to take all the right side paneling out of your trunk. open the gas lid and unscrew all the screws. then get under the back right tire where the gas tube runs to the tank there will be one more screw. then you have to pull the tube out through the trunk, kind of a pain but have to do it that way. then take the old seal out, put new one in, will seem like seal is too big but it will fit. Then run the tube back through and put all the screws and paneling back. Should take about an Hour and seal costs 30$ at any Ford dealership.
