Default Wiper Wiring Harness

Hello Forum, I hope all is well with everyone.. I need your help, I have a 2000 Mustang and my wiring harness for my wipers seems to have a problem. Some how is must have shorted out and the harness has fried. Does anyone know where I can get a kit to replace the plug and fried cables? I already ordered a new switch. Thanks. I am attaching pictures.

Try a junk yard.

Salvage yard or write the wiring order as it looks into the plug and pop out the red part and the wire ends fall out and can be individually inserted to reduce heat buildup in the future or just pop them into a new grey (and red clip) housing. Maybe drill some holes at proper places in the new housing to help eliminate heat buildup? Also slight under-dash relocation can facilitate better cooling to it. If you go to the dealer you're likely looking at a whole new harness.
