Default 1151 code keeps popping up

98' 4.0

205000 miles and numerous times clearing the same "system lean" code (1151 and sometimes an 1152). truck has constant sputtering and bucking in all rpms. when you mash it, it goes away temporarily.

replaced o2 sensors, tps, fresh air sensors, vacuum lines, coil pack, plugs and wires, checked spark and compression, and also has been on a regular diet of injector cleaner.

i noticed when i replaced plugs last time that the
#5 cylinder was unusually dry and grey and also smelled like it was fried. have the bosch double prongs and they dont burn or corrode but #5 is still as grey as hell.

i am hoping it not to be an injector but thought i would see who thinks what before i spend that money and time on an already 205000 mile motor.

also, it had shown a #5 cylinder misfire code twice before but not regularly. as i say it has great spark on all 6.

had it not been for the neighbors i would have shot it full of holes several times by now.

i dont know what the 1151 code is i looked but could not find it. as far as the sputtering i would have to say check your cat. i had a bronco 2 that did that and it was the cat. i just took it off and banged all the crap out of it and then it worked fine. as far as the cyclinder thing. i dont know what to tell you that is really puzzling let us know what you can find out.
