Default 2.3L won't start when warm *sometimes*

I have a 94 Ranger 2.3L 2WD and it has recently decided that it doesn't want to start. This never happens on a cold start and and there's no check engine light. Last time I this happened the fuel pump didn't seem to come on, not sure if this happened any other time. PLEASE help me out I really don't want to pay a mechanic to tell me it's a cheap fix then charge me a fortune.

I have a 91 ranger 2.3, the fuel pump on mine is in the gas tank. I have heard of some problems with the fuse under the hood, that in the black box on the fender. Check to see if its pushed in all the way, if its good, maybe replace anyway, check for caroded (dirty), connections that the fuse pushes into. Have someone turn the key on, and listen for the pump to come on, if not, repeat and try moving the wires below the fuse to check for a bad wire connection. Hope this helps, like I said I have read about this problem, it seems to be an issue with some rangers. Also check the fuse box in the car as well.
