Default 2000 Ranger 4wd 4.0 Engine trouble

Engine has been shaking for some time now. The codes always came back P0171 and P0174 (left and right banks lean). Cleaned MAS, checked for air leaks, finally settled on changing out O2 sensors. That fixed a lot of the shaking, but now I'm getting P0352 (issue with ignition coil B). I had Autozone bench test the coil pack for me and it all came back just fine. I changed out the spark plug wires and it ran smoothly for about 10 min and then returned to its usually shaking. It shakes most during idling and around 1500 rpm. The idle is also a little erratic. The engine has been running rich since I changed the O2 sensors and when I changed the O2 sensors out I noticed a sound like wind chimes off in the distance, but it was coming from my catalytic converter.

Could this be a problem with my catalytic converter being clogged or bad and backing up airflow causing the engine to become unable to pull in enough air?
