Default AC blows warm at idle.

The AC starts to blow warm when it sits idling. But it blows super cold while driving. First thought was fan clutch, but we replaced it with a brand new one. Anything else? Also, when the truck is given a bit of throttle, the AC stops blowing through the center vents. This is a common problem with Nissan Z cars and it's usually a vacuum leak somewhere in the dash, and it's full of vac lines requiring a dash pull. How do the vac lines to the vents operate in the Rangers? Are there many or just a few?

Has the A/C system been recently serviced?

I recently upgraded to electric fans on 99 ranger and i had the same problem when the fans are not running at idle. I put a 2nd relay in for the ac and it fixed the problem so you might try putting a small electric fan in front of the cluch fan.
p.s. 2003 + 2.3l rangers already run this setup.
