Default After remanufactured engine installed, oil dipstick inaccurate

I am trying to find a photo or diagram of the original factory oil pan (not aftermarket version) that came with my 92' Ford Ranger with 4WD and 2.9 V6.

I already have a picture of the aftermarket oil pan, since Ford no longer produces oil pans for my make/model/year. There must be a difference between the original Ford part and the aftermarket part.

I recently had a new engine installed, and the dipstick is reading overfilled with the correct amount of oil. I already checked on the dipstick, filler tube, and engine block casting# which are correct.
