Biggest tires.

RE: Biggest tires.
I had a 2001 ranger with the fender flares and mud flaps, I was able to put 15x8 wheels with 33x10.50/15 BFG's AT's on it siting stock, I had to remove just the mud flaps. The tires never scrubbed while i had them on there. I now have a 2004 ranger 4x4 that didnt come with fender flares, it had 16inch wheels and i imagine thats what you have unless you have the FX4 level II package which comes with 15x8 wheels. I was able to fit 285/75/16 mud tires with no problems, if you have stock fender flares it may scrub a little. I put a 3 inch lift on my 2004 and i went with 295/75/16 tires and it works good, with a 3 inch lift i wouldnt go with anything bigger than a 34x1250/15 or a 295/75/16 and then that depends on how wide of a wheel you are going to use, i have allways used 8inch wide wheels so i dont know if 10inch wide wheels would make a difference. With the 2001 i ran the 33x10.50's for about 3 months untill i got a suspension lift and body lift, with the 2004 i ran the 285/75/16 tires for about 6 months. Not to many tire company's offer a 34 inch tire the only company i found was interco which offers the Trxus MT in that size and only a handfull offer a 295/75/16.
