Default front end shake

i have a 2001 ford ranger edge 4x4 with a 4.0,here is the problem ,when i turn right the front end starts to shake really bad steering wheel will shake right out ov my hands until im driving straight down road again,it doesnt do it when i turn left,i thought it was a bad wheelbearing at first but i replaced it ,the wheel bearing was bad anyway,i checked tie rod ends, andball joints those seem good,it didnt start doing it until i changed my spark plugs the other day ,and i added some powersteering fluid,i changed my brake pads today becouse they had cracks in them,im thinking lower control arm bushings or my brake calipers are sticking ,any input would be appreciated,i am ase certified in suspension and steering but its got me stumped

Might have air in the P/S system. If you turned the wheels when the engine wasn't running it will do that. Try starting the engine and turn the steering wheel to the stop, turn off the engine while still holding the wheel against the stop, then release the wheel. Let it sit a couple of minutes and repeat in the other direction. You may need to do this a couple times. Ifyou take the P/S cap off you will see it push the air into the resivour.
