I doubt you will find one that cheap. This is the cheapest I could find. $430 for a 4" lift.

Your welcome, as for the tries, I couldn't tell you. Is that the price you are looking for for all 4 tires? But you may want to try pepboys. You probably wont' be able to get good quality ones for that price. They are ususally 100 to 150 a piece.
I want to get the suspension kit for my 90 Ranger, but everytime I get cash I can spend, I end up putting it into the Mustang. [8D]

try www.race-dezert.com. i saw two postings for custom radius arms and bent i-beams. i believe its either 3" or 4". they usually arent more than 300-350 bucks used. easy 2 install if u dont no how 2. if u can afford it do 4".make sure u get at least 6" coils though.
i have 3" lowering brackets with a custom mount, and 6" coils which enabled the lift on my 97 2wd ranger. it ended up evening out. i am able to fit 32" bfg all terrains on it without them really rubbing.
