Angry Need help with charging system & interior lights in a 03 Ranger

I have a 2003 Ranger with 4 cyl eng. & 5 speed trans. It started to over charge the battery. It was up to 16 volts when tested with a meter. I replaced the alternator with a rebuilt unit, It was fine for about 2 weeks and started doing the same thing again but this time the battery light came on. I pulled the ALT. & had it checked the shop said that it was fine. I replaced the plug on the ALT. I replaced the starter at this time just because I seen that the connections were green & about to break off. After I put everything back togther, The battery light is still on , and the ALT is charging at 14.6 volts. I checked all the fuses they seem to be fine. The battery is about 8 weeks old. I read that there is a battery saver relay in the system . Does any one know where it is? Also I cannot get my interior light to come on I did change the door switches.
Any help with this would be great. Thanks
