Default Nitrous

Anybody have a Ranger with Nitrous installed ? I just posted a thread in the Nitous, Turbo and Supercharger section and was looking for some advice on my 91 Ranger XLT, 4.0L. I have installed many Nitrous kits on sport compact cars and have a Turbocharged 95 Ford Probe GT that runs 300hp on just 5lbs of boost, so I know what Iam doing when it comes to performance. Just had a few worries before a did the install. I only going to run a 50 shot, but need to know if the stock fuel pump will handle the extra HP. If anybody has any comments or concerns please feel free to let me know, Thanks -Sam

Unless you plan on racing your truck, I wouldn't mess with nitrous as it will put
extra strain on the engine parts. And after all, you have a 91 pickup, not a
Porsche beater!!!

I am with skippy- if you really need the power, get a supercharger- the bottle can't run out and the power is always there, not just when you push the button.
