Default pieces fall of

i have found a pieces that came out of my 2002 ford ranger edge but i don't know where it goes can someone help me. Its mark PBT+RUBBER, EPC1 and E-2138.

wow that is hard to tell where did you find it front or rear of the truck dirver or passanger side?

Just discovered the same plastic part by my feet while driving. Must have fallen from under the dash somewhere, drivers side.

Anyone know where this is supposed to go? It has 2 clips on the top, looks like it might be a type of shield?

I'm attaching some better quality pictures

It clips to the stop light switch. It's usually wrapped to the harness and clipped on to the switch. It's function is to support the wires at the SL connector.
