If I am not mistaken HYPERTECH just makes off the shelf programs. If you want a custom program check www.bamachips.com. I have read a lot of good things about them.

The 92 mph is correct, it is on 2004 and up rangers, it is F_____g annoying as hell, i dont understand why my 93, 99, and 2001 did not have this but my 04 does, i live near Atlanta and most people do 80+, i have never understood why they put those things on cars and trucks, you would think they would put them on the cars that could outrun a cop but they put it on a 205hp ranger, the Mustang doesnt have it but the ranger does, that makes sence to me, not!
