Angry Trouble Starting

My 91 Ranger is having problems starting. I have put a brand new starter, solenoid, and battery about 7 months ago, and a new alternator this week. Its having problems cranking over but I'm getting 12.7 volts outta the battery and the terminal and wires are cleaned. All lights and everything inside the cab. Can someone please help me out and try to figure out whats wrong

Could you be a little more specific?
What kind of cranking problem, slow , doesn't crank at all, cranks then stops, grunts?
There are many reasons for any of the above , so provide as much info as you can, OK.
Or could you mean it cranks , but won't start running?

Its got a no crank at all or a little slow crank, the starter tries to crank the engine but it seems like it doesn't have enough voltage.

Now we're cookin.
One of the reasons for low voltage and current available to the starter would be the battery cables corroded internally.
If you have the headlights on and try to start the engine do the lights dim, go out or stay the same?
If they stay the same the problem is in the starter wiring itself with a high resistance connection not allowing the current to pass and operate the starter.
If the lights dim and almost go out, there is high current draw in the starter itself or the battery cannot deliver the current required to operate the starter or the engine is seized.
How and where are you getting the 12.7 volt reading?

Once again, Hanky saves the day! If you do a voltage drop test on the battery cables and check BOTH (especially the negitive, as no one ever thinks of it), any drop over 0.5V is a problem. This will most likely fix it, for good. And you might notice that your lights, a/c, blower, etc don't "droop" at a stop.

Let's hope DangerRanger63 remembers how to do a voltage drop test.
