Default Strange Electrical Problem...Please Help

The switches for my power windows in the rear and passenger doors of my 2003 explorer sport trac are not working anymore. The windows still operate but only from the driver's seat controls. I also noticed that if I am in the process of putting a window down, and you press the switch on that door, the window will stop moving.

At the same time that the window switches stopped working, the lights on the power lock buttons came on and have not shut off. Before this they would only come on when the headlights were on and now they are on all the time, even when the truck is off.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Check the window lock out switch on the drivers door, if this is depressed the windows will not work from the passenger door swtiches.

The lockout on my truck is a toggle switch and I have tried it in both positions with the same result.
