and about the cam synchronizer,i did not remove the cam synchroniser i just took the two little bolts off the sencor and replaced the censor

oh about the camshaft synchronize i just took the two small bolts out and changed the sensor only i did not mess with the camshaft synchronize.

pulled everything off again... lined the timing chain.. once again.. it is at tdc.. and still nothing.. lost if any help would greatly be appreciated!

With the engine at TDC , #1 piston at the top of the compression stroke, #1 piston is the 1st piston on the passenger side against the firewall, the mark on the crankshaft sprocket should be at the 12 o' clock position and the timing mark on the camshaft sprocket should be at the 6 o' clock position.
When you removed the chain were the timing marks lined up then?
Is the cam sprocket in the correct position on the camshaft? Pin OK?

After correct assembly were you able to verify that the cam synchronizer is actually moving when you rotate the crankshaft?
