Default 1999 taurus no start

Hello everyone. I have a 1999 ford taurus 3.0 dohc duratec
Car will crank but wont start.
have spark
battery alternator are good
starter is cranking over.
gas tank is full

replaced crank position sensor
replaced all 6 spark plugs
replaced fuel pressure regulator
fuel pump is running

yesterday i sprayed carb cleaner into the TB and car started up ran good. then when i stopped spraying shut off. Any clue what the problem is here? Could it be the computer or a control module? If so what one?

Anything helps! Thanks for your time!

The ign module sends the signal to the ECM to keep the fuel pump running and pulse the injectors. You didn't mention the fuel filter ????

I have a fuel filter for it haven't installed yet. I do not think it is the fuel filter, but I am going to try it anyways. Car wasn't sitting it was driving fine, then one morning just wouldn't start up. I guess the filter could have become clogged.

or the ignition control module isn't telling the injectors to inject you local autozone can test it but you need a special tool to pull it off

What is the fuel pressure at the fuel rail? If it is weak, the car will not start or run. Those readings will lead us in the proper direction to help you.

Left rear of engine front cover, below valve cover

There is a location chart below. Not very good, but the best I got. Might need a magnifying glass to see it.

It should be located at the front of the left exhaust cam sprocket.

I replaced the cam position sensor and fuel filter. No luck. I'm getting spark. and I'm getting fuel 39 Lbs. Where to go from here with this taurus?
