2000 3.0 DOHC 110,xxx miles runs rough throws multiple codes.

P0171 Bank 1 System Too Lean
P0174 Bank 2 System Too Lean

I cleaned the MAF, cleared the codes car an fine for a few weeks then started throwing code again.

Replaced MAF.

Car ran fine until it got to normal operating temperature then began to run rough and threw code.

P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected

Changed coil pack on cylinder #4 and all 6 plugs (gap to .054) with autolite platinum

Cleared codes let engine warm up to normal operating temperature the began to run rough again and threw code

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Input

Does anyone have any clues as to whats going on?
