Default 2000 Taurus coolant leak

My daughter's 2000 Taurus (3.0, V6, Vulcan) is leaking antifreeze only when the heat is on. It is a small leak (slowly dripping) somewhere near the back of the engine which makes it difficult to see or find. It does not appear to be coming from the firewall area (although I am not ruling it out...water flows in mysterious ways). I am wondering if someone could post a cooling system diagram/schematic for this vehicle so at least I might get an idea what I am looking for. I replaced the waterpump several weeks ago and can confirm it is not leaking from that area...it is more near the center and back of engine. Thanks.

there are heater hoses around the back center of the engine and around the intake made of rubber an metal hoses all the metal hoses are painted black the metal hose will get a pin holes in them an you will have a slow drip or even a spray the water pump pumps coolant in the heater core an hoses as long as the engine is running if the heater is turned on or not
