where would I find the ccrm on a ford taurus

No CCRM in 04.. Whats the issue?

 

My problem is this- lately my car has been shuttting off and starting back up, while driving, also after shutting off my car my dashboard --all the needles starts clicking rapidly--all of them. I think ...it's an electrical problem...I took it to AutoZone and the said that I may need a new computer.....well, last Summer, my car started shutting off while driving, so I took it to Pep Boys, and they said I needed a new battery...it worked fine...until I moved back to Phoenix, AZ. With these high temps, I very slow to use my car...I must also tell you...that my Car has never not started...It starts up... always.
I would appreciate any ideas.
