Default power steering pump pulley

Need to tighten bolt on power steering pulley. Makes squelling noise so I thought it was bearing but when I sprayed back of bracket it did not stop. For the heck of it I sprayed front on pulley and it went away. They check pulley and it will slide forward and back about a 1/16". Bolt looks like torx so I put in t50 but it is too small. Anyone know proper socket or is it special tool.

Default RE: power steering pump pulley

If it's squeeling, it's probably the belt, not the pulley. The bearing will not sound like a squeel....more like a grinding sound. Replace the belt if it looks bad and that should fix things. Also....spraying the pulley could get lube on the pulley and make the belt squeel/slip more.
