Default Radio Sync Problem

Hi i have a 2008 ford taurus limited with the microsoft sync feature with the radio. When i press the aux button it only saids line in and if i keep pressing it, it will not go to BT line in like it is suppose to. The phone bluetooth controls on the steering wheel and the aux jack and the usb port all do not work and have no power. Does any one have any solution to get the sync to work. The radio and cd player works fine its just the sync and aux features that do not work.

I don't know of any way to fix that other than either replace the radio or take it to a dealer and have reprogrammed but first try and see if there isn't a blown fuse

I did check all the fuses and can not find a blown one. Would you happen to know exactly what fuse controlls this so i know exactly which one to look at.

If you have the owner's manual, look in the fuse section that shows the fuse location and lists the circuits each fuse protects. You may find that particular area listed .
