Bought a certified 2013 Taurus from a Ford dealer off the internet. On their web site they listed the vehicle as having a navigation from telematic. After getting the car delivered they are now telling me this refers to the Turn-By-Turn Directions from Sync Services. I am disputing it but was wondering can the dealer install the part to make this a voice activated navigation system. I have the upgraded Sony radio with MyTouch.

 

I went thru this when shopping for our 2014 Tauris ... My understand is that unless the car came from the factory with voice nav... you cannot upgrade it.


but i also found a web site (dont remember it now) where a guy in Wisconson can upgrade for about 800.. he sends u a new board and you send yours back to him...
