99% of the time I do not overfill the fuel. I understand what you're saying about canister saturated and then possibly getting gas fumes which I do get. So that's what leads me to believe the purge valve is either bad or sticking. I will update you when I receive the new Purge valve and have it installed however it won't be for another two more weeks cuz I'm going on vacation next tomorrow and won't be back till March 4th.
