Default trunk seal installation help

Can anyone advise on installation of trunk seal for 1956 TBird? I don't know which side gets glued on. I'll try to attach a picture (side view) of seal.

Default RE: trunk seal installation help

A lot of times the leading edge (toward front of car) is the most important to seal, but if the seal goes on loosely it wouldn't hurt to go around the whole seal. I've seen a lot of seals get installed without any type of sealer though. Any T-bird restorer or parts dealer should be able to recall exactly the deal with it (my remembrance is it goes on as is with the crack faced to the back but It's been a while).
