2013 ford f350 starting system fault need help
#2
Hi Jeremy,
Some ideas would include checking the battery cable connections for cleanliness .looseness. Some questions, do the headlghts come on when turned on? If they don't it could be because the battery is low in charge or the connections are not good. The starting system is affected by battery condition ,connections, ign switch, wiring, ground and power connections to the switch, starter and if the vehicle has an automatic trans , the system needs to know the vehicle is in park or neutral for power to get on the way to the starter motor itself. Even a blown fuse can be involved, would be a good idea to check and confirm they are all good.
