Default 91 I-6 auto running bad

The truck hesitates on low throttle or low RPMs usually when first hitting gas from a stop, also when trying to re-accelerate after coasting, and if cruising at 35 to 45 mph. giving more gas to increase RPMs or dissengaging OD helps. keeping RPMs above 1500.

has normal codes 111, 111
new EGR and most censors
plugs ans wires are good
good fuel pressure
good vaccum
cap and rotor < 3yrs
plugs and wires< 2 yrs

any one have this problem before or have an idea where else to look

what type of truck do you have? what size 6 cylinder is this . hesitasions are usually the result of a vaccum leak or damaged tune up parts. like a distributer cap.

The truck is a 91 F-150 4.9 litre straight six w/ automatic trans.

I don't think it's a tune up I have been chasing this problem for a while, and i started w/ a tune up.

Plugs look good
cap and rotor arent old
checked the resistance of the coil
vaccum looks good
fuel pressure looks good

I am wondering about torque converter
or injectors
would a torque converter cause a near stall from a stop at low RPMs

Could be a vaccum leak I have not found.
