hey i've got a 96 four door V8 explorer. just recently the antenna went up, but will no longer go down, when you turn the car on you can hear the antenna motor running so i know it still works, but it will no longer push the antenna up and then bring it back down.

if anyone has had this problem or knows how i can fix it, please let me know
