97 Ford Escort RAD Fan relays.

97 Ford Escort RAD Fan relays.
Car turns off RAD Fan does not. Then runs batt dead. I chucked it up to being the rad fan relay. Im assuming there is a hi and a low speed relay. Where are they located, and what do they look like? Please help
