I have a 2002 150 king ranch the auto headlights will not work any longer I found a fuse blown and everytime I replace it it just blows again! Any suggestions?

Also completely different problem is I have the digital read out HVAC system and it will not adjust the temp, the read out shows what you set it at but it is either wide open or off, for example you have to put the heat all the way up to 90 for it to work punch it down to 89 and it blows cold.
