ok guys, I bought one of those aftermarket braided sleeve kits. I read the directions and even went on the web site but I am still having trouble getting the sleeve on the radiator hose. if anyone has done this before and has any suggestions (beside dont use it) I would greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance.

 

Is it made sort of like the Chinese fingercuffs? The harder you pull, the tighter it gets? If so, collapse it as far as you can and lubricate the hose and slide it as far as you can, then adjust it to the ends. If it is not really collapsable, I would lubricate it with some type of good lubricate.
