Is this enough to break a auto lease contract?

Default Is this enough to break a auto lease contract?

I heard that under california law both lessee must be on the title of the car. At the time of signing paperwork.

yes you are right, according to my knowledge, Both parties need to have titles in the contract, but what do you mean by breaking the contract? It depends on the duration and other terms of the contract as well.

This is exactly what I absolutely hate about California, they have some weird laws that dont make sense to any normal people!

it is obvious that the contract would include both the party's name, as it is done in any other contract.
