If you have A/C, turning that on should cause the fan to come on. Also, unplugging the temp sensor should make it come on. If neither one happens check for 12V on the plug to the fan.
(Don't stick your hand in there with the engine running. Start it after you've unplugged it)
If no 12V, you may have a blown fuse, bad relay, corroded plug.
If 12V, time for a new fan.
