Excursion DEAD CLUSTER or BATTERY SAVER RELAY???
I have a 2004 excursion with only 33,000 miles that suddenly lost all the gauge cluster functions as well as no power windows, no radio, no dome lights, no power rear windows, no cigar lighter, and no rear defrost.Truck starts right up and runs and drives fine, all other power features work fine.
I have checked about every possible circut out in the factory 2004 wiring manual and they seem all trace back to the gauge cluster POWER SAVER RELAY???... has ANYONE had any issue like this??? Is thePower Saver Relayserviceable or testable???
Also, if it is a cluster that needs replacing, what year F250 or F350 superduty clusters were the SAME that I could use???
Any HELP would be GREATLY APPRECIATED... THANKS!!!!!

RE: Excursion DEAD CLUSTER or BATTERY SAVER RELAY???
I had the same problem on a mopar once. I traced it to 3 broken wires under the radiator. Why mopar routes wires all over the place is beyond me, but if someone may have damaged a wire cluster then that is something to look at. If it isn't the problem then i dont have an answer for you.
