Ford 4.9L engine

I need to replace a Rear Main Seal on a 4.9 L engine. The labor is expensive, but the part is cheap. Which part is better? OEM Ford Rear Main Seal or Aftermarket Rear Main Seal?

all rear main seals i have bought were from parts stores and worked fine as long as it is installed correctly.
