Ford Fiesta Noise When Turning at slow speeds

I have a 2015 Fiesta SE and recently have started to hear a slight noise when I am turning at slow speeds. 10 mph and under. At first I thought it was a car honking off in the distance since I live in the city. It sounds like a car honking about a block away. I discovered this was obviously not it. Anyone have this issue before or how I can troubleshoot. Once the wheels are straight again, no problem. And I've never heard the noise over 10 mph before.

If you are able to get that front wheel up off the ground, try to feel for any looseness when you grab the wheel at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions.
There should be none. If you find some looseness , now you need to see where it is. It could be loose wheel mounting nuts, worn wheel bearing or maybe something involving the suspension.
People use all sorts of descriptions for noises so it could be something in the braking system. The only way to know is to look and see what you find.
There is the possibility of a declining CV joint involving the front axle for that wheel.
