Hydro-boost conversion
Hello All
I'm a Ford guy, but I also have a 56 Packard...
A couple of years back I did a disc brake swap on it, using the spindles from a 79 F150... easy swap
only part that was tough was having a King pin made... well I picked what I thought was a good machine shop
maybe they had other things on their mind.. oh well
The Packard came with a Treadle Vac brake system, and just not up todays standards..
So I bought a Hydo-boost with M/C from a 2017 Mustang..
I just did a net search and could not or did not find any infor on the MC... which lines go where
don't even know if the unit came off of a Mustang with 4 wheel disc or disc\drum.
If anyone has any info, any web sites to search...
I'd appreciate it...
Thanks Dave
PS: The reason for Hydro , is the Packard was floor mounted, single bowl,, vacuum had leather gaskets..
there is no room for a vacuum system,
