Installing FM modulator into 2002 F-250?

Installing FM modulator into 2002 F-250?
I just purchased this FM modulator to install into my 2002 F-250 diesel truck.

I bought a RC to AUX adapter to plug, so I can plug my MP3 player into it so I can listen to my music. What I'm not sure of is where to plug the power plug into. I've read about fuse TAPs working, but I've never used one before, so I'm not sure if that's a viable option. Also, could I just ground the modulator to the metal exterior of the radio, since the radio itself is grounded?
