Default Lights

Hello,
This is the problem I'm having on my 1996 F350 Deisel. With the headlight switch in the park light position, the park lights/tail lights come on. When the switch is pooled all the way out for the headlights, the park lights/tail lights turn off.
Left and Right turn flashers work. Hazard flashers work. Brake lights work. I have replaced the headlight switch but this did not correct the problem.
Can anyone help?
Thank you.

Thank you for the welcome.
Do I need to replace the ground?
Do I need to clean the ground?
Is there more than one ground?
What are the locations of the ground?

Shared grounds for heads/stop/park/tail. Multiple grounds as well, chance you might loose L/R together, doubt it. S/B,, ground left on the inner core support close to the fender area, right, on the inner fender area forward..
