I just installed a new starter & wires in my '98 Expedition. It cranks well but does not start; seems like it's not getting fuel. Checked fuel shutoff; that's not it. Any ideas?

 

Hi, Have you ever had any problem with your factory anti-theft system? Do you have any aftermarket system of that kind? When you put your key in the ignition to the ON position, when all the lights goes ON in the instrument cluster, does you anti-theft light goes off or it blinks rapidly?
Why did you changed these parts? Was the problem there before? Do you have the 4.6L or the 5.4L ?
You are gonna have to check if you have spark and fuel pressure. You might flood it by triing to start it. You should have a shraeder valve on the injector ramp, remove the cap, put your key ON and using a small screwdriver push the little spring, watch out fuel getting out pressurize.
