Angry No power to fuel pump

I have been dealing with this for a month and can't figure it out. I have an F350 w/ 460 motor 7.5L there is no power getting to my fuel pump. I've checked the pump it's good. I've also checked the EEC and fuel pump relays they are getting power and the inertia switch is not popped if anyone has any ideas please help before i just blow my truck up and call it a day.

Please be aware, the fuel pump relay is energized by the EEC for 2 seconds when you first turn the key on. If the EEC does not see an RPM signal from the crank sensor or distributor pick up when cranking it will not energize the fuel pump relay and therefore no fuel pump power. We should be able to assist you to solve this problem, so hide the matches for now!
