Hi, I have a 2016 Explorer and recently had issues with my AC, not blowing cold, took in to the dealer where i got my service plan. Turns out I have a corroded lower auxiliary line, $1K fix including labor and ac recharge, not covered as it is a corrosion issue and not a faulty part.
Has anyone else had any experience with this kind of feedback and/or is this a legitimate reason for non coverage?
