Question on 1995 poswerstroke
the truck starts very hard and i do know the throttle is electric but if i floor it the truck will start kinda better, seems like it shakes really bad to, i have replaced the glow plugs and harnesses, the relay, and the oil temperature sensor. ounce it starts it runs great so i dont thinks its a injector, doesnt burn any oil, so heres my question, does anyone have a clue what could be wrong, or how i can fix it

Have you been able to prove/verify that you are getting current to the glow plugs?
After sitting or the amount of time that passes when engine is difficult to start check the oil reservoir oil level (plug next to Eng oil temp sensor) to see if it is full of oil or might have drained back. If not full , add oil to fill and see if engine starts better.

One other thing to add to Hanky's idea. The fuel pressure should be checked while cranking (there is an adaptor that hooks up to the Ford gas fuel rail connector). The old mechanical fuel pumps used to be really good for creating this problem.

How long has the hard start issue been present?
Miles on clock?, and any injector history/work done prior? CEL?
Truck new to you? or have you owned it for a good while.
Reason being, the early PSD's had injector o ring leak issues (along with the glow control/harness) that can make for a problem building the minimum 500lbs COLD to start the engine. Does it require a long crank times to get it to eventually start?
Try unplugging the ICP and see if it cold starts any easier. Being it runs rough (how long?) when it starts, and your certain the glow control is active, seems to point toward HP oil, or possibly fuel.. Also, try unplugging the EOT and see if it helps..
