question about re-drilling rims...
hello all!
first off my truck is a 99 f250 sd xlt 4x4 with a 5.4 automatic
question is i have a set of 16.5x10 rims with the bolt patter of 8x6.5, now my bolt pattern on my truck is 8x170mm and the rims just barely dont fit. wondering if i could possibly drill out existing hole's in rim just a hair each to get them to fit, then use tapered ended lug nuts to keep rims balanced on hub. i dont think i can i think the rims would still be unbalanced but im not quite sure.
also rims are steel.
