Default Rough Idle

I have an 2005 Sport Trac that I love dearly. This is my dream truck, candy apple red, cloth interior, I live in FL enough said about leather....
Anyway the reason for this post is that it is idling rough. Not real bad rough, just when I idle I can feel it in my steering wheel. She only has 9000 miles, has had her oil changed 2xs and is up to date on everything.

I took her back to the dealership, they said nothing was wrong and that it was because nowadays cars/trucks are run lean and the idling rough was normal.

I am a woman but please dont treat me like an idiot!!! They said they ran it through diagnostics and everything checked out...any help out there?

Small engines sometimes do idle rough, the computer controlls this and not much can be done about it. If the car can idle under load with A/C on and in gear coming to stops without turning off, I say your okay
