Default turn signal nightmare

Working on my stepsons 95 crown vic. Turnsignals dont work at all, no dash light display or exterior light display. Hazards do work on dash and exterior . Have replaced multi function switch and lcm. Can get relay to intermittenly click in.Also blower motor doesnt work, but if I turn heater switch on the relay for the. turn signals stops clicking. Any ideas where to start looking next? also all other actions of the multi switch works no problems.

Make sure all the fuses are good. Sometimes there are poor connections at the fuse panel. It does sound like there is a poor ground connection. A good place to start would be check all the ground connections starting right at the battery and the sheet metal.Looking at them is not checking them they have to be loosened and retightened to make sure they are making good contact. Not sure if your vehicle has a separate flasher for the signal lights and separate flasher for the hazard lights. If so replace it.
Your owner's manual will tell you if it does. Check the fuse section.

This may be one of those times it's best to have a Ford repair shop on this. Automotive electrical systems can be one of life's more frustrating times, could be money well spent

If you can get to the wire connection that feeds the blower motor, what happens if you separate them from the rest of the car and feed the motor a ground and 12 volts directly ? If the motor runs fine , now you know for sure there is a poor connection somewhere. Now you can verify the ground wire integrity and hot feed circuits. Usually ground wires are black and the hot wire to the motor is usually orange.
What do you think?
