Window Gremlin
Good evening all,
I have a 2005 F150 4 door and my windows have stumped me completely. About 2 weeks ago, my windows suddenly stopped working after I left them cracked during a nice, cool, dry night. The next day, they would not roll up so after I poked around for a while, I found out they would work with the drivers door open. I didn't think too much of it and that afternoon they started working properly again. Until a few days ago. Now, every time I press any of the window buttons, all of the lights on the window control module turn off and non of the other modules have the lights on.
I have gone around and checked all connections I can think of and there is no corrosion or loose connections. I have yet to get around to putting a volt meter to everything, testing relays and continuity.
Has anyone ran into this particular problem? Any ideas on what it could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Agree with you hanky. Check the wire sometimes it works not properly.
